DNK announced the sale of its interest in the Colluli Project on 3/10/22 after entering into a trading halt on 29/9/22. The executive management and board must have been aware then at least say, from June 22 that it would need to look for a new project and that if it didn’t, its listing would be suspended. And if it’s not in the potash industry, it will be a re-compliance. It is now coming up to almost 2 years and they are yet to produce an investment strategy. From the last 2 years surely they now know every possible potash investment globally, if they didn’t already know their industry peers (which they should have).
