Okay, now’s the time to put up or shut up at the AGM.
Firstly, as long as all the discontented shareholders VOTE AGAINST ALL resolutions we will have a good start.
There is no urgent need to nominate a new director by October because a vacancy caused by the rejection of a current director offering themselves for re-election will simply create a vacancy that will require filling at a later time.
It would be useful, however, if someone has a genuine candidate in mind.
Someone who is experienced, honest, independent and not greedy.
And is also a good, reliable communicator.
Hopefully this year all our German friends will have time to consolidate their voting block - which is not inconsiderable. And they deserve to be acknowledged.
