30% of the shares are held by holders from Germany. None of us is able to vote at the upcoming AGM. My bank doesn’t even offer any possibility to vote other banks demand a 300€ fee.
If 30% of the equity cannot attend the AGM or are excluded from casting their votes, this AGM should be postponed until all holders are able to cast their votes.
