Hi TJ
Desperate is on the money and shows great insight.
The current mob are struggling to keep us nasty shareholders at bay and could be working to desperately secure investor (Chinese money) funding to save their jobs.
They fear shareholders with skin in the game getting on the board and are mounting a fear campaign to keep the company in their hands (at all costs).
Please note the ASX and ASIC have each received a number of complaints regarding the Company's conduct in deferring (without proper notice) the AGM. The revised AGM Notice reveals their desperation and doesn't pass the pub test. It is biased and is potentially misleading and the ASX may want to take a close look (prompted again by us nasty shareholders of course).
