Public companies must hold their AGM within five months of the end of their financial year. For most public companies, this requires an AGM to be held by 30 November each year. There are two main timing considerations:shareholders must be given 28 days’ notice of the AGM;
So, the new AGM will be outside 5 months AND have we been given 28 days notice of the new date???
