I don't dispute that incentives need to granted to attract the best staff... but 150m sounds like a big number to grant in the next 12 months (until the next AGM).
150m is ~10% dilution which is a significant amount to request without giving more information on how these will be issued, for what purpose, to the no. of staff (and whether they are new or for retention) etc.
