To those who have become upset and aggressive think about this in India right at this moment they are about to run out of oxygen cylinders in their hospitals and in consequence people are dying left right and centre. To me this is enough reason to take great joy in our current situation here in Australia and the USA. Having said this I am also impressed with how many have been able to read and absorb and research the proposed motions and come to such quick decisions in the absence of so much information as I am hardly half way through.

For example no one has considered the following:

1. Peter van der Made the founder and brain behind the original idea of AKIDA does not hold one single option and is paid $US300,000 per annum total salary;

2. Anil Mankar the co founder and the chip designer that works first time every time does not hold a single option and is paid $US325,000 per annum total salary.

3. Peter van der Made because he is also a Board member at the moment is not a potential beneficiary of these proposed options at this stage.

4. Anil Mankar being an employee could be a potential beneficiary of these proposed employee incentive options.

These are just facts which I am accumulating and I have not yet come to a view about how to vote.

By the way did you know that the players who were going to join this super league for soccer teams are currently paid and average of $400,000 a week to kick a soccer ball. If they miss the goal from point blank range will that change your financial future I doubt it very much.

If we as shareholders fail to properly consider motions being put forward by the Board of Directors of Brainchip and send the ball over the posts this could affect our financial future so rather than leaping to conclusions when there is not enough information about some matters to form a proper opinion email the company with your questions. I am sure you must have questions. Attacking each other will not produce answers.

My opinion only I am off to get a coffee and a piece of cake to celebrate how lucky I am to live in a country where if I go to hospital and simply need oxygen to stay alive there will be plenty to go around. When I get back I will keep reading and researching.

FF its all very well to quote the pay rate for both PVDM & Anil. USD$300k plus. ok. not huge.

But don't forget the shares they hold -

1. PVDM has 175 Mil @ 60c = AUD$105,000,000 today.

2. Anil has 117 Mil @ 60c = AUD$70,000,000 today

How many of these did they get as "employee issued". ??

And when the share price goes up to say just $5 ??? $875,000,000.
That their remuneration not the yearly salaries that just pays for the bread, milk & holidays.
