I wasn't going to mention how I was voting this time but upon further reflection I will and my reason why.
It's very important to vote regardless of how little or big your holding maybe. This has been well proven in the past with many companies and even with SPA.
The Spacetalk Shareholder Group (SSG) was formed by
small shareholders who were dissatisfied with a number of issues with the way SPA was being run. Once enough of those small shareholders had joined the SSG it was possible to call a meeting and put forward a resolution. And that resolution was to remove the founder of the company (MF) who was at that time CEO & Chairman of the board, from the board.
This resolution was strongly supported but ultimatly failed, a disappointment for the SSG and its supporters.
Not long after this the recently enlarged board removed MF from the company (not just the board) for reasons that have not be fully disclosed to date. This as most would realise was a very dramatic action to take and wouldn't have been done if something wasn't seriously wrong.
Well I would suggest that without the SSG being formed and taking the role of activist, we would be here today still looking for a new chairman and nothing much would have changed.
It is for this reason I am voting FOR

(All these just allow the board to issue more shares and dilute shareholders without disclosing why. Let them tell us why we need to be diluted then I may approve)# 8 Adoption of Constitution
