I understand that the shares are issued as part of their salary, and if they don't get them they will go work somewhere else! So might as well just go with the flow and vote yes. But they shouldn't be able to call them 'Performance shares', if they were truly performance based they would be handing $ back! As the SP just continues to dive, and no-one (other than the usual suspects on here!) seems to come out and say anything about it?
