Dolci, I need to qualify my following statements with some colour. I think the BRN board are doing a great job , and despite what some think, flying around the world, and living out of a hotel room would be S/H! That said, I think the issue of shares , and particularly the number, to the incumbent board members is outrageous. They told us they had read the temperature in the room. Clearly not. While they all earn substantial salaries , which I believe are vindicated, I don't believe they should be rewarded so significantly, while the share price has done nothing but go south, and lths have suffered. Enough. I've never voted against any of mgts proposals in 8 yrs of holding. This time I will be. I realize we're progressing, and getting at the pointy end. I have full faith in the product. But for mine, this is just a greedy pisstake. I believe we should suffer together, and it shouldn't just go 1 way. GLTA
