It's a difficult topic.
I can only add that...
- The tech space and particularly emerging technology with huge potential (Artificial Intelligence) competes heavily for talent.
- Without top talent, BRN will flounder.
- Talent is needed everywhere in the company: board, management, customer tech support, R&D, sales etc.
Unless you throw buckets of cash and stock at talent they go elsewhere.
Competitors are always sniffing around.
And people who understand AI are thin on the ground and highly sought after.
In silicon valley, it's also not enough to pay big salaries, people want a share of the potential upside.
And as shareholders we want the people at the coalface to focus on the prize.
It's a difficult topic.I can only add that...The tech space and...
