1. Each and every member of the executive team should be allowed 3 minutes at the agm to explain to me exactly what they have done during the past 12 months to secure an ip deal. At this stage well into year 3 that's All that matters !!!!!

2, given no ip deas secured no RSUs allowed . Simple!

3. I can't vote in favour of the renumeration in view of NIL progress on ip deals.

4. you hire a senior sales executive they are hired with certain deliverables that must be met . I would have expected an ability to influence a company that had passed technical evaluation to secure a licence??

5. Get rid of whomever is in charge of issuing rsu s . Position from my standpoint and not required.

I couldn't give a rats what people are rewarded if they deliver. In terms of ip contracts it's a fail from me . That's all that matters right now.

my view there needs to be more scrutiny on the excectutive team less on the tech.
There seems to be a lack of urgency all round.
we need less academic types and more people who can drive commercial success
