You have like other long term holders discussed occasionally the risk of Brainchip being taken over cheaply.
Brainchip has become increasingly not an Australian company.
Last year the Chair spoke of increasing the size of the Board.
Presently there are three Australians on the Board.
The ASX Rules only require two.
I personally prefer three.
I also personally prefer having them loyal to the founder and major shareholder who is known to want Brainchip to remain independent and who has a great deal to loose in a cheap takeover.
