This link is to a more recent Forbes article on Board remuneration in the USA in 2022.
It claims the average income was $US325,000 which is about $AU507,000.
It states that it was made up of 37% cash and 63% equity.
If you allocate a value of 30 cents a share then on my numbers Board remuneration falls below the US average back in 2022.
If as some suggest here Brainchip is going back to 4 cents then the Board is even further down against the average.
If you believe the price will increase then the Board will get closer to the average. In so doing it means the Board is actually doing its job.
