totally agree with your comments about a spill it knocks a company back 12-18 months at a minimum
it's probably the stupidest thing shareholders can do. It will feed into management churn and down into staff turnover
I have an investment in a company where shareholders spilled the board with best intentions. the process started around July last year. the ASX was down and the company share price was over 20 cents. now the asx is up and the company share price is struggling to get over 9 cents
a massive destruction of shareholder wealth
a message to all shareholders "Please don't shot yourself in the foot" !
