Yeah, how conflicting is this!
"For example if UBS hold for the purpose of lending to shorters would they vote to cause disruption and distraction to support their short clients?"
Just to think the lender could also vote in such a way to create a short squeeze, against their short clients, which could be of benefit to themselves and long term holders?
