and just reviewing the plethora of similar transactions in the past 13 years these guys use a very (very) broad interpretation of 'arms length'.
the ASX reviewed Related Party doctrine for the Corporations Act in 2011 and its undertone was scathing in its assessment of either companies ignorance of or lack of adherence to the guiding principles for which it was intended. A few bad apples and the entire basket is subject to the pestilence.
