they have to push this up one way or another before the consol... if they can't keep it over .1c and the consol goes through at .1===>2c after consol, it will get smashed, if however they can get it to even .2 and keep it there, makes the post consol price 4c.. will still get smashed but starting from a higher point might save a few pips before it settles..
