Actually that is demonstrably false. I have on several occasions pointed to a CR coming (and been blasted for it), and have often reminded folk that AC likes to have his cash in the kitty long before it is needed.
He’s just recently done that. Many would say that he could’ve waited until much closer to FID, but it has not been his MO.
