If we assume that the sp reaches the stated target of $0.152 in the 3 years of the LTI plan, then the 1,789,000 shares awarded will be worth $271,928.
Salary in that 3 years, assuming no further increase will be $558,000 X 3 = $1,674,000.
The LTI share total as a percentage of salary for the same period is therefore only 16.24%
Sort of puts it in perspective, doesn't it?
