For the last 10 months we have all laboured under the impression that we were waiting for the Senegal government to give their approval one way or the other on the PE rights.
Turns out they couldn't give a hoot.
They have effectively wiped their hands of any involvement by telling the two parties to sort it out amongst themselves.
We can't seem to get COP to the table via mediation or arbitration.
Is arbitration even enforceable if the government has wiped their hands of involvement?
Time for legal action.
