I think the whole thing will be carefully crafted in December, and as I said on a recent post the good news will be released at the same time so as to bolster the new cents per share price, and followed in January by more news. No one stands to lose as much in the share shuffling exercise as the directors do.
It shows by their intended purchase of the new equity shares that they have tremendous confidence in the Cambodian venture. I for one back them fully.
