$25 million for 100km appears quite reasonable on the surface. (Bit of a pun there)

I think mainly because it allows others to join in and reduce their costs.

Give us your brine for $x per litre and don't worry about the rest.

I can see how it might be a win/win situation, but I wonder if Galaxy and the partners are looking at it along the same lines, or if there might be a bigger picture we should all take into account.

This pipeline idea has really blown my mind!
