Dont think its the price of oil or market conditions that would trigger any SP movements. I think its due to illiquidity that no insto buyers or brokers would join rest of us retail holders knowing that they cant sell their shares (even with small profit at 1.5c) without SP tanking.
I think the catalyst is when there's takeover or significant revenue flow back into 4C leading to special dividends.
All IMO.
