Finance announcements may happen sooner rather than later, than us jaundiced investors expect. All progressing well on finance (Yawn!).
In response to questions:
ENAMCO has no legal veto over any proposed takeover of DNK. Good to have that confirmed.
Salt (NaCl) production will be worth $40m a year - 2 m tonnes a year at $20 a tonne.
Capital Group could legally transfer or sell the shares at 57 cents. The transfer was under 5% so no one knows (incl Board who have looked into it). At this stage they don't know who now owns them.
The costings based on the FEED (+ or - 10%) which are 14 months old are still OK.
Anfile Bay Port when built will be probably used exclusively by Colluli initially. Could be built sooner than anticipated. DNK may not have to stump up the money. Private capital looking at investing in the ports along the Eritrean coast. DP World or someone like that?
My take: Finance is not in doubt and we are very close to action.
