adding to this, Anthony made is very clear at the AGM he is going to be sticking around to do the customer and strategic stuff. Note, he is an executive director not a non-executive. you could say its a full time job

So we have a proven operator in Simon
and we have a proven strategist with Chinese connections in Anthony.

Alternatively we would have had one person doing both. I think its clear the split makes a hell of a lot of sense in a climate where relationships drive price premiums....
