Spot on!
There was no update on financials/debt/cash at the AGM from what I can see which is interesting.
I note that when the deal concluded they mentioned they were “net cash” now but I don’t really know what that means exactly and the whether that takes in to account the $410M they’re planning on spending this FY.
Last year they took out a US$700M subordinate note which they’re paying 8.25% PA annum on so I’d like to know whether this has been paid down or not with the deal closing earlier this month.
My fave company but would like to get a better idea on where she stands currently re debt (if any) taking in to account all the factors we know.
