Hi Dr Tillett,

I understand that these questions are most likely highly sensitive but thought it is worth throwing out there anyway. Happy with a 'no comment' response. Also apologies for asking these now. I'm not sure if that was the purpose of releasing this presentation so early or not...?

• We have a lot of trails completed in the 80's and 90's but only hear about 2 long term survivors. Do we have any details on any other patients?
• Are discussions already being held with a leading US cancer centre for path 1?
• Does RAC have an order of priority or are all 5 paths the focus at once? In particular, where do we stand with Path 3 progress/expected time frame?
• For the PRV to be given is it only the trial endpoints that need to be met? What is the time frame if any for the CR and PFS periods?

Also had questions around dosage for breast and ovarian cancers - more for curiosity than anything - but don't want to push my luck.

Also - great presentation! It's a shame I'll miss you and Peter presenting it next week, but I look forward to being able to watch the recording.
