Seems like it's to illustrate the change. I don't mind the highlighter, it's mildly amusing.
Of course it's light on with no new stuff, if there was anything new they'd have announced it inline with their obligation to the ASX, kind of like the MOU just now...
Good to see a realistic time-frame of 6 months instead of going with "Imminent news"
Now I just hope they remember to add emphasis where they've highlighted
