Exactly Mr.H.
This is my point also.
If they had a good vision and see a future for themselves down the road they would be all over the shareholders with their wonderful paycuts to show that they are sharing the pain now but, at the same time, they can see that they will get their full pays back in a brighter future for us all.
Its unrealistic to say that they are all working hard and are deserving......?
