Yes the lack of salary cuts is a disgrace given everything such as the low POO, cash calls coming, already generous salaries, financing and other failures

But why would management take a pay cut when there is millions in the bank and the potential of a golden handshake out the door determined by existing salaries.

So many other companies in much better positions than us have cut staff and salaries.
We dont even know what the company is going to look like in 3-9 months due to cashflow issues yet there is no temporary reduction in salaries.

Tone deaf or something more sinister is expected.
