I get it that a spin off can occur but show me where the spun off entity maintains existing JV rights. CON sold their whole company to WPL not some spin off.
Your highlights don't show existing JV rights automatically attached to any sold portion?
To be honest, I don't give a rat's and I don't think that this lot do either.
Plodding on with full pay till the cash is gone is the plan. Meridian and AG appear happy with this lot.
So we are stuck with whatever it us they come up with.... same old, same old.
