Given the results of the vote today, I believe someone or parties has a strangle hold on FAR.
And they don't want change at the top.
Ordinarily, shareholders (big or small) would demand change, at least a strike, after a 80% plus fall in the SP - especially where the same management group have been in charge for the last 5 years.
Yet, today, over 90% voted in favour of all resolutions.
No demand for change - not even a protest vote (a strike).
It would suggest, whatever it was, the direction of the votes was sewned up before it was taken.
