Qs: Remuneration is more in line with a much bigger MCAP company? Why?
Ans: R based on ... benchmarks ... need quality (my word) for performance.
My comment: What about achieving KPI's? I assume they do have clear, documented, monitored KPI's?
NL (and CN) both said FAR small team (some let go) working very hard.
My comment: Working on what? Show us the KPI's. On their salaries, I wouldn't want either taking on, for example, the ex tea ladies job as well.
