Imo, the majors right now (as a group) would be looking at a 70% paper loss ~ 300M+. As it stands, money they invested to prove up SNE could end up eventually generating cash flow for SH's of other entities. The majors can either tip in again or imo, some sort of off-market deal will be done and the rest cleaned up with a lower ball offer. All assuming, as FAR couldn't organise finance last year, completely lacking skill set to get it done now. But anyone could sell S WI for a song ... I'd be shocked if the majors let them do that.
