its refreshing to see KPG's annual report emphasizing ROIC, ROE & owners earnings, to me it shows Brett knows which areas to focus on to maximize shareholder value and buying back shares only when they are at a discount to intrinsic value is in line with this.
Something else I noticed in their annual reports is the lack of garbage (pictures of employees smiling etc) that most companies include that really add nothing to the report, it reminds me of Berkshire Hathaway in its simplicity, even the cover page is very similar (I suspect on purpose)
