Sure, agree with your sentiments, although even Aussie stocks seem to languish a bit before Christmas (say, the last two weeks of trading) in my experience. That’s a seat-of-the-pants comment - not based on stats. I’m just reporting what Dave said - I think he was referring to instos and other big players, since in his mind, he wants to finance a mine, albeit one that will be much cheaper and simpler than many others. So maybe his comment makes more sense in that context.
