I think the strategy is good. The call to dump the Great Ocean Road brand as a baby formula is 100% correct, this brand never had any connection to babies. Future as a baby formula brand is 100% correct, and should never have been dumped over the Great Ocean Road brand. Good call to also dump the marketing plan, it was ineffective. There is still a long way to go for these guys but I think they might be on the right track!
