basically, the ramp up slipped 6 months in the last 12 months. Not good form but actions have been taken to rectify that.

Need a professional road building team to tackle the 7 x steep Incline sections of road that are limiting truck loading factors, increasing fuel consumption and increasing the turnaround time for trucks.
Batu Tuhup conveyor commissioning April 2025. Two Days to load 4,000 tonne barge to reduce to 6 hours to load 4,000 tonne barge.
Krajan to be upgraded with relocatable conveyor by Cratus to load their small flat bottom shallow draft barges and BSN barges. That will reduce turnaround time and the additional Cratus barges will move more coal. Today the cost of barging Krajan to Batu Tuhup was said to be $9/tonne. Road fully upgraded, fully loaded trucks and fast turnaround, by my experience, more like $15/tonne. So barging better than trucking (as it usually is)
