Political risk? Barely any. Those who believe that Labour are going to close down a mine, shoot themselves in the foot politically and financially - aren't thinking straight. If Labour win the election - why would they want to do that anyway?

"...they will have to reduce the SPP offer..." Says who? Remember they are fully funded as it is, so this SPP is not that cruicial.
Fundamentals haven't changed.
There is gold in the hills, and NTL are working hard to get to digging it out and selling it...We are a few months away.
If you believe the story and investing long term - all these shenanighans mean nothing in the big scheme of things.
If you're speculating on short term price fluctuations - I guess all of this is something to cry about. But then why would you downramp a stock that you own? To pick up some more at a heaper price eh?
If you don't believe the story - move on. Downramping a stock that you don't own is a waste of time.
Personally I believe that management were well aware of the effect of the SPP on the price. Basically capping it and restricting it from go any further. Why would they do that? Could be one of many things..But I guess we'll find out the reason in the coming months.
