Only technical damage was done to those who bought into hype, as the SP was topping around 0.03NZD, cheerleading it to 4, 5, 10, 20 cents... No technical damage as far as long term holders are concerned. No technical damage to the fact the there is plenty of gold to be dug up.

Did you read the SPP paperwork at all? Doesn't look like it judging by some of your statements.

Fairies?Sure, NTL is sitting on hundreds of millions of dollars worth of gold, and there's no way that SP manipulation games would be happening..Nah nah nah, it only happens in the movies. )))

What I know is - if it was not for the SPP annoucement, the SP would have been much higher than it is today, on the back of three resource updates in a row (third one coming in November)..That's where options would have come into play, resulting in NTL receiving a pile of cash from the option conversions, right? That's if NTL are really short on cash and were desperate for some...

Guess what SPP at 0.022 NZD does to all those options (among other things)?

What happens if the SPP is not succesful (which it looks like it might be)? Lowering the SPP price as you suggest? Or maybe a placement? Or maybe the good old "Oh well, we've got enough cash anyway"? Some people have an idea I guess, but most don't (including myself). It's just a matter of waiting a few weeks to find out.
