Given the volume and the price shares are available for on market also the fact that the companies closing date is the day before the election which could be an extremely negative game changer for the company me thinks this cap raise is doomed.
Poor form by the company but nice try with the bonaza ann.......cap raise results will show not all retail investors are suckers

I am not sure if many Aussie investors follow NZ politics and party policies but a labour/green government will probably mean it is all over rover for NTL mining in this part of the country.
Fool you if you don't think there is much political risk attached to this investment.
