As Resolution 4 is still up for vote, not hard to guess which director had finally some self criticism regarding the team performance.
It is symbolic but better than nothing. Further measures would be highly required to restore some SH confidence imo.
The biggest issue with the new options is their expiry date. They put the existing options in the bin with that move. And destroyed further the SHs confidence imo. The SP reflects it perfectly.
