Yeah finally! JD probably received proxy indications that they were in trouble hence quickly tried to "raise capital" to dilute the register (apparently debt financing is so bloody imminent with 3 interested parties...yeah right)
Halting share trading for an AGM announcement is ridiculous.
On my count he has 12 months left in the job. Shareholders own the zinc deposit/asset!!!!!!!!
(my sentiment has changed to a mild buy)
