With all the key resolutions being passed above 80% it does make for interesting speculation where the steady selling pressure is coming from with SPA. Market cap is now <1* ARR.
I thought the Chairman's response to the SP question being as low as it is was one of indifference so suspect the Board isn't going to be rushed. Not sure what is behind Jain's retirement so close to the AGM? Nothing to do with SHs, something personal no doubt.
