If we are talking numbers the real talk is that the company lost almost $5m from January to June. $5m in 6 months!

Cheaper cameras, sure. Let's say they release a cheap camera, how in the world would they be able to compete in the webcam market against Logitech? JB Hifi has PAGES AND PAGES of cheap cameras. It's a very crowded market.

Then if you go up one step to something mid-range like Go Pro and DJI, how can they compete with those companies? They listed as a PTZ company with $38m revenue and were taking on the big Japan brands with a customer list that was very impressive.

I invested in them as a PTZ camera company and now are suing their PTZ supplier. There are people complaining about them all over reddit and the NDI facebook group.

The CEO failed to articulate any clear strategy moving forward at the AGM. The chairmans address boasts about margins being stable at 26.4%. This is nothing to be proud of for a manufacturer, margins should be north of 50%!

The presentation is fluff and nonsense. Same old crap with these guys 'the company is poised for growth' as it keeps shrinking quarter on quarter.

The board seems to be asleep.

The company is a total mess.
