All hearsay and conjecture, seriously! The amount of actual shares voting against the board is truly shocking and disturbing and demonstrates the BOM and particularly IR are "out of touch" and not delivering information or respect to ASX shareholders.
I do not believe that a spill was possible, due to PVDM & AM & Co, holding so many shares, however a hell of alot of small shareholders voted against its own board, says it all!
Arrogant, ignorant to IR and completely out of touch.
GLTA and praying for deals to happen very soon, before we're back in single digits and LDA dilutes us further!
