So overall I assume strike means giving some powers to revolting share holders to start gathering support for their thinking. But as the pass mark is 50% resolution is passed. So from a new investor perspective it may be a bit of red flag but overall it will not effect company's day to day operations.
and in case of brainchip the board is free from the 1st attack on them.
Am I understanding it in right perspective ?
