What you are perhaps not understanding is that the board spill thingy is (or more appropriately - was) a distraction.
Fundamentally some investors are pissed that BRN can't force its customers to move faster turning BRN technology into license fee paying products.
In their so-called minds the board spill was to be a fitting punishment for their inabilities to control the uncontrollable.
A lot of air-play has been given to this side-show but the carnies have packed-up and left town.
Forget it; it's dead.
