Why on earth should anyone get perfomance rights when the bottom line is loss making. They all get a more than a generous cash remuneration for their positions in a Co the size of SPA. As I have said many times before when they can get the Co making enough money and debt free I will be the first to vote for a generous rewards for all concerned.
Once again it was disappointing to see less than half the SOI voted.
